Janice Litvin is on a mission to help leaders and teams banish burnout in their organizations. Through keynotes and workshops, Janice draws her decades of experience in IT and tech recruiting, her study of psychology, and a lifetime of curing her own burnout to become a happier person. Her book, Banish Burnout Toolkit, takes readers through the journey of untangling their behavior patterns so they can learn to modulate their emotions and change their behavior. Janice is president of the National Speakers Association of Northern California and a member of MPI NCC and the Society for HR Management (SHRM), among others.
